1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Moece AI Coder website (moece.com) and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Moece AI Coder is an AI-powered development assistant designed to help developers write, debug, and ship code faster. The platform is currently in development, and features described are subject to change. Access may be limited during the early access period.
3. Account and Access
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Moece and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any code you create using our Services. We do not claim ownership of code generated through your use of the AI Coder.
6. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your code and data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated code suggestions should be reviewed before use in production environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moece and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
